He holds a bachelor and PhD in engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) Australia. He also, accomplished Post-Doc study at Sultan Qaboos University in the field of nanotechnology. He also participated in more than 17 professional and specialized courses in management, planning, and finance, including a full-year professional course in circular economics at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

He is currently an academic at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences. He also previously worked in the industrial and academic sectors in Australia and Britain. He also worked as a visiting professor at a number of universities and research centers.
He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Oman Water and Wastewater Services Company, as well as Vice Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, and he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Global College of Engineering and Technology. He also previously held a number of supervisory positions in a number of institutions in Australia and the Sultanate of Oman.

He participated in many research, development and industrial projects. Resulted in registering 2 industrial patents. He also contributed to the development of master’s programs at Sultan Qaboos University and RMIT University.

Dr. Intisar Al Sulaimi is currently the Chief Treatment Process Engineer at Nama Water Services Company. She holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University; a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Processing from Sultan Qaboos University. She has worked on several projects in wastewater treatment technologies and evaluating the performance of odor treatment technologies in wastewater operations.
She currently works as a project manager for consultancy services to prepare the strategic plan for managing sludge from wastewater treatment and converting it into energy as part of National Renewable Energy Contribution Projects ; She is also currently working on the technical assessment for the rehabilitation of Main sewage network in Wilayat of Bausher in Muscat.

Dahlia Sabri is an International Development Consultant and a Civil Engineer by training. Dahlia holds a PhD in Water Resources Engineering from the University of TU-Berlin, Germany. She also holds a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from Lund University, Sweden and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, Egypt, and
Dahlia has worked across different parts of the world, such as the MENA region, Sweden, and Germany. Throughout her career, she had the chance to work with NGOs, governmental entities, corporates, and SMEs to support causes such as climate change mitigation, women and youth empowerment, capacity building, and providing access to clean water to underprivileged communities.
Dahlia had the opportunity to work on public water and sanitation projects at many levels—from sharing responsibility for projects in the MENA region in engineering firms to volunteering to help provide access to clean drinking water in rural areas and villages in Egypt. Dahlia is an expert in hydraulic modelling using Bentley software programs.
While working with KEO International Consultants, Dahlia participated in providing a clean environment by means of safe wastewater disposal by managing, designing, and supervising the construction of large wastewater treatment plants and sewage networks in Egypt and Kuwait.

Ahmed Al Bualy holds a BSc and MSc by research in environmental science from the prestigious University of Manchester. His studies embraced a multidisciplinary approach, encompassing geology, biology, atmospheric sciences, and sustainability. His diverse knowledge base laid the foundation for his current pursuits in the dynamic field of alternative energy. Ahmed currently serves as a Business Development Specialist at OQ Alternative Energy.
He plays a pivotal role in exploring and cultivating opportunities within the rapidly evolving Green Hydrogen industry. Prior to joining OQ, Ahmed honed his skills for over 5 years at Marafiq, gaining invaluable experience in the power and water sector.
