No liability shall be held to the organizers for incorrect entries.

Faxed, Scanned or hand-written copies are not accepted. Only typed formats will be inserted in the form.

Exhibitor Badges:

Exhibitor Badges can be collected from the registration area on 19-April 2026, from 14:00 - 20:00.

Please clearly type the name and position of your staff that will be present at your stand during the exhibition.

Kindly note that each email address cannot be applied more than once.

FASCIA: This is the sign with your company name typed which appears above your stand.

This form must be completed only by exhibitors who have ordered a Fitted or Shell Scheme Stand.

If this form is not returned, the name appearing on the Space Contract Form will be used.

Please type the name of your company in the box provided below in English, as you would like it to appear on top of your stand.

• For a Space only stand, fascia can be purchased at an additional cost and the rates for this need to be checked with the official contractor.

The official show e-catalogue will be electronically distributed free of charge to all visitors and exhibitors, providing a complete guide of exhibitors, their products and services.

The show e-catalogue is considered an up-to-date and a reliable buyer’s guide. Advertising in the official show e-catalogue is beneficial to your company, increasing exposure to visitors at the show and in the future.

• 20 cm height x 12.5 cm width 0.5cm (5mm) bleed all sides
• Full color CMYK
• Ads should be in PDF 300dpi
• Advertising booking – material deadline: 15 February 2026.

According to the signed space contract form, please note that:

• Shell Scheme Stands are provided with:

1 Table, 2 Chairs and Carpet Flooring, White Wall Panels, Fascia Board, 1 LED Light and a 13amp power socket.

• Space Only Stands do not include furniture and electrical supply.
• It is compulsory for space only exhibitors to order Electricity Supply well in advance.
• To order additional furniture and electrical supplies, please submit your request via the Exhibitor Service Center.

• Consumption during exhibition open hours

• Prices mentioned are for all 3 days, 5% VAT is applicable on the above rates.
• All extra furniture required should be ordered before 15-February 2026. No new furniture orders will be entertained on site during days of setup.
