Raid Al Rubaiey is a highly accomplished executive with more than twenty years of experience in Aluminium, Oil & Gas, food, water and Petrochemical industries. He has an impressive history of building agile and lean organisations.  Raid has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and aligning organization’s strategies toward growth and sustainability.   

He was appointed as the Managing Director of Majis Industrial Service to drive growth and sustainability. Before joining Majis, Raid was chief executive officer at Oman Oilseeds Company. He had worked in several other roles in different industries, including chief operating officer and operations & Maintenance manager.  

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)from Alliance Manchester Business School, and he is a last year researcher in a Doctorate Business Administration (DBA) program in Coventry University. He is also a graduate of Oman’s National CEO Program executed by IMD Business School.
