Nuno COSTA MARQUES has held engineering, operational, management and consultancy roles across his extensive career. Main highlights include 15+ years with various O&M positions within water and sanitation utilities in Portugal and Angola, and 10+ years as permanent staff in SEURECA, acting as WASH Utility Expert and Project Manager / Project Director.
