Management of the Water Department of SEURECA Veolia - approx. 50 engineers and 70% of the overall activity of SEURECA, including:

- Studies and technical expertise, from Master planning & Feasibility Studies to Design and Work Supervision with key focuses on water resources and treatment (incl. alternative resources, REUSE), demand projection, water network planning and optimisation, wastewater collection and treatment, urban flooding, integrated water resource management,

- Strategic & Operational Assistance stream, providing advisory services and operational support to Public Utilities as well as Veolia's operations, focusing on high added value projects (business planning, asset management, business digitization, operational efficiency including NRW, support to large bids), and long-term Utilities restructuring projects (Management Contracts, Performance Based Contracts, Technical Assistance, etc.).

Acting also on a Project Mode as Project Director, Contract Manager, Bid Manager and Utility Restructuring Expert.
