Mundhir Al-Battashi is a Senior Process Engineer with over 15 years of expertise in the oil and gas industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Process Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University and has been a key contributor to Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) since 2010.

Throughout his tenure at PDO, Mundhir has taken on diverse and strategic roles, including Concept Engineer, Process Optimization Engineer, and Senior Water Management Engineer. He handled major projects such as:

• ASP Injection – Enhancing oil recovery through advanced injection techniques.
• Lekhwair Water Injection System Upgrade – Improving water management and reservoir performance.
• Greater Taliah Phase-2 Full Development – Overseeing large-scale field expansion and production optimization.
